iSimplyScale lets you batch process all the images you need at the same time. It isn't a tool with a specific aim, but one which offers diverse functions: image resizing (determined previously by its templates), renaming and converting formats (JPEG, TIFF, PNG, PICT and BMP). In all cases you have previews to see how they are affected before confirming.
